Well, there's the German translation at the Internet Archive and the English translation of that, but both seem rather old. You could see if the University of Leipzig library has downloadable images. But it sounds like you haven't yet hit many recent secondary sources on ancient Egyptian medicine; that's where you'd get your list of "as many primary ancient sources as possible" and where the texts themselves are to be located. It's also possible JSTOR has someone's research paper on one, that might include a fascimile. But "side by side" translation implies a translation has been settled- you may instead run into a thicket of argument over interpretation.
