Translation:
Birth certificate for George Knoll, born the twelfth [unreadable] at eleven o'clock in the evening. Son of Peter [?] Knoll, /Burgher/ and linen weaver living here and his wife Margrethe/Margritha [?] [unreadable]. The shop [?] of these two has been built...
That's the first 5 and a a half lines, hope this helps a bit. The month name has me stumped.
