Aside from that, your y-chromosome haplotype has nothing to do with your skin color. Certain haplotypes are more common in certain populations, but it doesn't tell us anything more than Ramses III had a haplotype relatively uncommon within the borders of modern Egypt - but not that uncommon - 8.33% of males according to the Wikipedia page you linked. Moreover, y-chromosome haplotype distributions can be heavily biased by founder effects.
Without more data, it doesn't mean anything. For all we know, Ramses III is a direct patrilineal descendent of a black-skinned hunter-gatherer who settled in the Nile valley in 20,000 BC and whose descendents evolved lighter skin.
Or he has a more recent black-skinned ancestor from Nubia, a few thousand, or hundred years ago.
Or it's possible he had a black ancestor even more recently. Ultimately, he's going to have a black ancestor at some point if only because at some point we all do.
It doesn't mean he was black. You would need more data than just his y-chromosome to determine his skin color. And if he was, it's not absurd. Egypt had black pharaohs. Not sure where you got the idea it didn't, given its close history with Nubia. However, that does not mean the average Egyptian was black.
Look, I'm removing this question because its premise is flawed and you seem to be talking past good history. Race is a social construct; skin colour and hereditary markers are only symbols that people map meaning atop. They didn't exist back in ancient Egypt in that form you appear to believe they must. There are three people in this thread who have told you that over and over; I am not sure you understand their message.
