17th/18th Century inscribed cross. What language is this?/What does does the writing mean?

It looks like this one 18th/19th century pectoral cross - http://goldenalley.ru/uploads/news/23/napersny_krest_p.jpg

Writings on top - "Mихаилъ/Гавриiлъ" ("Michael/Gabriel" - two angels)- old russian, but on your cross "ъ" letter looks like "z"
