How dependent was Cuba (and Cuba's economy) to the Soviet Union? and How has the collapse of Soviet Union e/affected them since?

Dependent in the sense that Comecon countries were the only partners that Cuba could reliably trade with. Cuba was obligated to specialize their economy to sugar exports to meet specific needs of other members of their trade bloc.
