Ancient Latin script used the alphabet ABCDEFZHIKLMNOPQRSTVX, with G, created from C, substituted for Z in the 3rd century BC; so the only difference would be Mundi = MVNDI => SIC TRANSIT GLORIA MVNDI, since there were no minuscule letters.
