Hello. I was assigned to research a minister of the Turkmen SSR during the 70s, this guy (and in Russian). Both of those are from the same source, the Great Soviet Encyclopedia, which is the only source I have been able to find. I've searched libraries and journals in English, French, and German, and only came up with a few passing mentions. I searched the Russian national library's online catalogue too, but I think I failed (my Russian is basic). Or rather, I found one work written by him, but I'm looking for articles or books written about him. The point of this exercise is to research something obscure, but I can't find anything other than that one encyclopedia entry. Is there a kind stranger here who might know where to look?
