As far as I can tell you, in the Chinese and Mongolian regions, no. Chingghis's actual involvement in the invasion of the Chinese region is really none after the invasion of the Western Xia/Xi Xia. Any and all actual naval battles, strategy, and buildup along the rivers and lakes in the region would've been done under Möngke Khan or Kubilai Khan.
