The first medal appears to be related to Spain, as in the center it contains the arms of Spanish royal flag. Beyond that, I have no idea what it was for.
The second medal is definitely German.One the front,there is an eagle. On the back, there is a relief of Fredriech Barbarossa leading a charge against the Turks.
The third medal appears to be from the Soviet Union. One the front, we see the symbol for the 1980's Olympics along with a group of people walking. On the back, a relief of what I believe is the Kremlin, though I am not sure.
This all the information I have been able to get. Any further information would be much appreciated!

They all appear to be issued by small sports clubs in south-western Germany, likely as attendance prizes for "Volkswandertage", i. e. organized walks through the German contryside. You can find such medals on every flea market in Germany. The medals you bought seem to refer to current (at that time) and historical events, but they don't have any official connection to said events.

The first is celebrating the 90th anniversary of the Turnerbund Hermersberg ( = Hermersberg Gymansts' Association). Not sure what the Spanish stuff is about, text on the front might explain it but I can't quite make out everything.
The second seems to be commemorative medal for "Wandertage" (basically an organised public walk through the countryside) arranged by the Internationaler Volkssportverband (IVV) in or around Bexbach, 1981. Text around the eagle translates to something like "Imperial Eagle of the Holy Roman Republic of the German Nation"
The last is also relating to some IVV Wandertage, presumably organised in association with the TSV Huetschenhausen (Huetschenhausen Gymnastics Club) around the time of the 1980 olympics.
I'm kinda curious: what made you think the first and second had anything to do with the Olympics?
