I understand Russia eventually become the sole possessor of the nuclear weapons after the breakup, but what else of significance did they receive? Did they inherit all of the USSR's debt? In what ways were they held accountable for the USSR's past transgressions?
hi all. Just a reminder that this subreddit has a "20-year rule" against discussing current events: do restrict all discussion to events/conditions prior to 1995 only. Since the USSR dissolved in 1991, that doesn't give much room, but c'est la vie. Thanks!
