As stated, your submission is stating as fact that congress is extremely corrupt. Whether or not this is true is besides the point, as even if you believe it to be so, I'm sure you can understand why some people would wish to challenge your premise, a discussion we have no desire to host in this subreddit (Try /r/ask_politics if that is what you seek!). If you care to resubmit with a more neutral title asking what role political corruption has had on the development and perception of the US Congress, that would be perfectly fine though.
