Who ordered the murder of the Princes in the Tower in your opinion?

Most people think Richard III yet Henry Tudor surely would of gained from those murders also. With the rivalry of so many great families at the time I am sure this debate is wide open.

It hardly seems wide open to me. Henry Tudor was in Burgundy or France at the time and had no control of anything in London.

Richard III was the King at this point and must have had complete control over the tower. What other possible interpretation can there be?
