Empress Matilda, born 1102, daughter of Henry I and Matilda of Scotland, who married in 1100

Lady Jane Grey, born 1536/1537, daughter of Henry Grey, 1st Duke of Suffolk and Lady Frances Brandon, who married in 1533

Queen Mary I, born 1516, daughter of Henry VIII and Catherine of Aragon, who were married from 1509-1533

Queen Elizabeth I, born September 1533, daughter of Henry VIII and Anne Boleyn, who were married from May 1533 - May 1536

Queen Mary II, born 1662 to James II and Anne Hyde, who were married from 1660–1671

Queen Anne, born 1665 to James II and Anne Hyde again

Queen Victoria, born in May 1819 to Prince Edward, Duke of Kent and Strathearn and Princess Victoria of Saxe-Coburg-Saalfeld, who were married from May 1818 to 1820.

Queen Elizabeth II, born 1926 to George VI and Lady Elizabeth Bowes-Lyon, who were married in 1923.

So the short answer is no, although Queen Elizabeth I was conceived out of wedlock.
