The Pomerium would be one, according to Livy. Also the practice of augury - reading of signs (omens) by looking at birds. Etruscans had a huge influence on early religious practices. As Rome conquered Greece eventually Greek culture and religion gradually replaced the early Etruscan influences.
The first thing that springs to mind are the Haruspices. These Etruscans examined entrails from slaughtered animals, specifically the liver. This was used as a way to read omens. Romans placed trust in this and often called upon people of Etruscan descent to perform the practice, as they were considered to be the best at it.
The tria nomina system of the praenomen, nomen, and cognomen interestingly enough. Some of the monarchs of Rome who were Etruscan had the "three names", this is how the Romans borrowed it.
