The term Endlösung (final solution) is used in Göbbels order to Heydrich in July 1941 where he orders Heydrich to come up with solutions to the "jewish problem" which then was discussed in the (in)famous Wannsee conference.

Hitler blamed the world war on Jews and bragged about the Nazis success in "eliminating the international Jewry" in his political testament.

Holocaust deniers like David Irving like to point out that there's no written order by Hitler to carry out the Holocaust. That question gets extensive treatment in Peter Longerich's book "Hitler und der Weg zur Endlösung". Longerich was one of the experts testifying in Irving's holocaust denial libel suit.

My casual search of a number of protocols, speech transcripts, letters and other historical documents doesn't come up with a literal mention of Endlösung by Hitler in direct sources. On the whole, does it really matter which exact terms he used?
