Is there really a janitor, or a Dr. Jan Itor, at Sacred Heart Hospital?

My friend, for the sake of anonymity let's call him JD, seems to think the guy exists. What is the true story?

According to hospital records, there are a number of janitors on staff that worked at Sacred Heart in the early 21st century. The most notable janitor is that of Randall Winston, a dwarf, who became the Union President in 2004. On this day several staff members made complaints about the rather large influx of custodians who arrived at work in the morning and temporarily disrupted hospital activities as they moved throughout the hospital to their designated locations. This chaotic event was dubbed "The Arrival of the Janitors" by some of the staff.

As for a Dr. Jan Itor, no hospital record indicates such a person was employed at Sacred Heart. This also includes private practice doctors who made use of the hospital's facilities. There a number of complaints from patients about poor treatment, but these complaints are usually attributed to interns and their lack of experience in medicine.

Dr. Jan Itor is precisely as real as Dr. Acula, newbie.
