I have read the book of Dr. Ledze Plin about the history of the region, but can't really my head around it. He writes that he's interviewed several elders in writing it, but it barely shows...
Mavbe I'm just not a fan of his prose. In my view, the whole thing reads more like a drug-induced dream than a history of the region.
Did I miss something? Could anyone explain what it's about?
Did you read it, or did you listen to the audiobook? That might explain it, as the Audiobook is pretty notorious for not focusing on the topic adequately.
