I understand that the practice was popularized around the 1990's, and considerable effort is still being made today in recruiting youth with considerable magical ability, technological know how, or a combination of hormones, spirit, and will informally known as "attitude." But did nebulous operating conditions that we built our xenodefensive projects upon truely justify the visible push for child soldiers, or is there something less apparent at play?
