There are records of an unidentified flying object entering the Führer's office and destroying the windows. That object was never found. That incident also coincided with the the break in of an unidentified female (who the guard believed to be a Jewish witch from Bohemia) into said office who overpowered the guards when leaving the office via the damaged window. Hitler was later found unharmed in his office but seemed rather irritated for a few days. A few days later (April 21st 1938) Hitler told Marshall Wilhelm Keitel to make a plan to act against Czechoslovakia.
