Although it remains controversial for its depiction of certain government agencies as inherently corrupt, one of the main theses of last year's documentary on World War II hero Steve Rogers (Captain America: The Winter Soldier) was that the pitting of a lone allied agent against entire divisions of Nazi troops was so successful that it caused the Nazis to develop their own version of a lone super soldier.
