It is unlikely that Prophet Jesus had any direct influence on the Rachni Wars. The most important reason was that Prophet Jesus was a member of the human race, which at the time was an uncivilized pre space flight race. No evidence suggest that any of the council races were aware of the capabilities of Prophet Jesus.
An interesting question would be what would have happened if the council races were able to recruit and deploy Prophet Jesus in the Rachni Wars? I'll leave that to the experts at /r/HistoryWhatIf.
