The relations between nazis and arab nationalist movements is very murky to me. I was wondering if anyone could recommend some literature on the subject.
I've began to do some research on François Genoud and his links with terrorist groups and i have to admit the rabbit hole is quite intimidating.
I would also be interested in books talking about the relations between germany and the Grand Mufti of Jerusalem, but the period i'm interested in is the post WWII era.
This pot-pourri of communists X nazis X Arab Nationalists X Muslim Fundamentalists is fascinating.

I'm not very far, but Lawrence Wright's The Looming Tower is about the lead-up and historical background to 9/11 and the other day, I want to say at the end of the third or fourth chapter, there was discussion of how the unity of church and state, as well as antisemitism and other fascist tendencies were passed into Arab Nationalists. It wasn't a super long explanation, and I'm not sure if he'll return to the idea to go in more depth, but it might be a book worth taking a look at.

on the fifth chapter he clearly denounce Nazi ideology labeling it as a racist act towards humanity , he sets Arab nationalism as movement that includes all other minorities in the Arab world passing race , color , origin and even language.
