When did the Austrians finally got the upper hand against the Ottoman Empire?

I mean economic and military wise. Not the Treaty of Karlowitz.

After the second siege of Vienna was broken up. The Austrian troops and their allies drove the Ottomans very far back and took a lot of territory. After this the Ottomans never again were able to muster a real offensive force against the Habsburgs. After this point the initiative of the Ottomans was lost and they tried to hold on to their holdings in the Balkans but never had any real plans or chances to take more European territory.
