Not directly, but the Sudetenland -being a border region- was in the process of being fortified against a German attack. When the Germans annexed the Sudetenland, the defensive capabilities of the rest of Czechoslovakia were much reduced.
With the occupation of Czechia, the Germans gained tanks (which they would use in further conquests) and a well developed industiral area, which of course helped their war efford.
