I tried Googling it but I couldn't find anything (my Google skills aren't the best) are there dedicated graves here in the US for those soldiers, were they shipped back home to England, are they buried in unmarked graves?
It was likely that common soldiers might have been buried in the Americas. There is a burial site for the two British soldiers that died in Concord, Mass. but nothing really official. Most of the memorials are in Canada, where the loyalists exiled to after the war.
Major Patrick Ferguson is buried at Kings Mountain where he died, but I'm not sure if that's an anomaly or not. Though, that is an example.
