Like, how did women influence theatre in this time, as characters/actresses/every day women/rulers etc?
I'm doing an Annotated Bibliography for my Theatre course and I've chosen Women in Ancient Greek Theatre. But I'm finding it hard to find a lot of good sources. I need three, preferably of different mediums.
I'm very very sorry if this question isn't posed very well or if it's been asked similarly before, I'm new to this sub and I searched and didn't find anything.
Basically I need help finding sources that discuss women in Ancient Greek theatre. There is no clear argument that I am gong for because that's not the point of the assignment, so anything from any perspective is a HUGE help!!
Please note - I have read Electra and Medea and I plan on making points about these two, however anything else is welcome!!
Thank you!
