What did they believe about the stars, sun and moon?
What would a carpenter's wages likely be?
How common was emigration and immigration?
How did people learn other languages?
How did people save money? Literally just pouch on the belt?
What did a teen do for fun?
How far throughout England would they travel? A tradesman, for example.
What were laws based on? Was there a record? Did people know them?
Was crime rampant outside city walls? Was there a way of solving the murder if the crime wasn't seen?
How did tradesman know where to go for work?
If I took my English money to 16th century Portugal, how would I spend it?
How high could a tradesman climb from being a poor apprentice? What might that path look like?
Could they swim?
What was the knowledge of others races like, and people of other colours?
Could they write and was journal keeping common?
How were messages passed around?
How often did they bathe?
What did they do when a relative died at home?
I have more, but for now that's a good list of stuff I haven't come across in my reading yet.
You have all the questions! I don't want to dim your enthusiasm, but posting these separately or in smaller groups of related questions (and perhaps over a few days) might yield better results. Speaking as a flaired user who comes here looking for questions to answer, I usually look for keywords in the post title to sort out which medieval questions I actually have enough knowledge to answer. Different historians know different things about their time period, and you're running the gamut of topics. It would be hard for somebody to know whether they can answer you based on the post title, so they might skip over it.
Another issue, from experience with these very broad threads, the askers sometimes get very frustrated when somebody can't address all of the questions, which makes it awkward for the answerer. Not that you would be such a person. But people might shy away from this because they can't answer everything and don't want to get into an awkward situation.
