From what i know The German JagdTiger can take it out in a single shot from its 12,8Cm main, that gun is massive. But it also depends on the crew since you need a very experienced tank crew to run a WWII tank to it's full potential, while a modern tank uses computers, so in reality its up to if the JagdTiger can hit the T90 before its shot down by it.
