Hi, I'm doing some revision on British Political History and cannot find the source of a quote I wrote down about the Peterloo Massacre of 1819.
The quote is: “You did not hear of the struggles. No, the media suppressed you.”
It's from a reformer/politician at the time but I'm having trouble finding out who and wondered if someone here might know?
Henry Hunt was the main reformer/politician involved with the event. I can't find that quote but I'll let you know if I do.
