I got a massive set of assorted Warsaw Pact insignia on eBay. I believe the guy I bought all of it from purchased the set at an estate sale. And while this was a good deal by itself, there was a folded piece of paper in the bottom of the box, which I think is important. The document in question looks like a US Army intelligence report from May 1960, and deals with Hungarian insignia. I'm fairly certain I've got the very items it talks about, as well as a whole bunch of other Soviet and East German stuff, some of which is quite rare (it's all older, pre-1965 kit, obviously, which is fairly valuable anyways). So basically,

1. Are there other similar reports dealing with the other items that came with the collection, and, if so, how do I go about getting copies?
2. I'd be interested in some contextual information. It talks about buying them in Budapest, which was, of course, on the other side of the Iron Curtain, which seems pretty inaccessible in 1960, but it seems like something the authorities would have known about.
3. Are there any legal things I should know about regarding the possession of this report? If there are any issues, all of it will be donated to a museum (likely Hill AFB in Salt Lake).
