I'm no historian, but I did watch the Mickey Mouse Steamboat Willie quite a few times as a kid. That song sounds like The Turkey in the Straw, which, as far as I can find, took its tune from My Grandmother Lived on Yonder Little Green, which took its tune from The Old Rose Tree, an old ballad.
