I know that this is "Everybody knows this" reason why Civil war started.
But honestly I do not believe in human generosity. I'm more on the War are started for economical reason site of the fence.
Also they end slavery but then threat blacks like sub humans?
I want stress it out. I want to know the truth. And I'm willing to change my opinion.
So what was real reason behind Civil war? What get union and confederation to fight each other, and were was a abolition movement in all of this?

In short: Yes, it was about slavery. As /u/Borimi says in the first thread:
Slavery intersects in the South in the war because it was their primary motivation for seceding. States' Rights rhetoric was by and large a mechanism for preserving slavery rather than the primary concept/institution for which they fought. The South had been all too happy to abandon the sanctity to states' rights when it suited them in the past...
For the North: Opinions about slavery changed over time. Selling the war as one to "free the slaves" would likely have gotten Lincoln kicked out of office at the beginning of the war. Over time these views changed. By the end of the war ending slavery was certainly on a lot of Northerners' minds. At the beginning of the war, however, the goal was simply to preserve the Union, and this never really went away.
As a follow-up, if it wasn't really about slavery, does the argument "It was about states' rights, specifically, the right to cede from the Union," have any basis in fact?
