I'm referring to this story. It doesn't sound plausible to me that she was able to transmit a deadly STD to that many men without dying of it herself.
No idea if it happened, but if you're doubting it because you don't think it's possible. It's absolutely is possible. It takes years and years to die of syphilis. That is/would be one hell of a sacrifice.
