I'm not sure what list you are referring to here. Slavery in the Ottoman Empire took many forms and has been extensively documented and researched. Maybe you can make your question more specific?

The Janissary system involved Christian boys from the Balkans that were technically slave, but had great status in society. They could raise up to be the highest levels of the army and government. They served in both the army and the bureaucratic wing of government. Islam prohibits the keeping of Muslims as slaves. And the Jannisaries were not what one would normally associated with slavery as they were paid handsomely after they finished their training and only answered to the Sultan. Perhaps that is why they are not usually considered a slave society.
