Looking for info about the wild west

I am looking for as much information about the wild west and the old west. i dont trust wikipedia much and it also doesnt contain much info about specifics. some question i am trying to find info on:

gambling, card games and gamblers during the wild west
gun models and weapons
law system( what was the sheriff,deputy,marshal .....) *bounty hunters and outlaws *popular jobs during the wild west ( there is to be more than guns,gambling and blacksmitin)

I have not done much with guns and weapons or the issue of outlaws, but if I can help, ask specific questions.

During numerous archaeological excavations, we found poker chips, Chinese gaming tokens, and a cribbage board: the gambling world was diverse and complicated.

I have published a great deal on occupations in the mining West. There were hundreds of possibilities, and few had anything to do with "guns, gambling" and other similar things. Blacksmithing in the tip of a complex iceberg: there were so many occupations that simply reflected normal life and living, it is hard to know where to begin. But as I said, ask specific questions.
