Kolontai was a diplomat during much of the twenties, so she did not participate in the power struggle between Trotsky against Zinoviev, + Kamenev + Stalin, and later of Zinoviev + Kamenev vs Stalin.

Muranov was siding with Stalin for the whole way (which did not say much, Kirov was too, but that did not help him (though it is disputed that Stalin killed him))
