What sort of information are you looking for exactly? Almost every Athenian text written after the Persian Wars and before the 4th Century mentions the Athenian fleet in it in some way--certainly both Thucydides and Herodotus talk about it at length. Aristophanes talks about it, the fleet at Salamis haunts the Persae, Plato speaks of ships at length, etc. A better question might be what texts from 5th Century Athens don't talk about the fleet--apart from some of the tragedies and a handful of Aristophanes' comedies (and even then, it's in the back of your mind the whole time) there really aren't many that don't. But they're not all interested in the same way--Herodotus and Thucydides are naturally more concerned with the tactics of ships in battle than the others, whereas Aristophanes and Plato are more concerned with the social implications of the fleet and the rowers, and so forth. So what exactly are you looking for?
