Interested in the history of the region as I'll be visiting it soon. I've heard some claims of Armenians massacring Azeris and want an unbiased report (as most of the books here in Armenia are likely bias).
Thomas de Waal's "Black Garden" is alright. A little bit biased (in favor of Azerbaijanis) but pretty accurate historically.
For a really good book on the Azeri side of the conflict, see Thomas Goltz, "Azerbaijan Diary." I'm afraid I haven't found an equally good book written from the Armenian side.
