Not sure about the name of the kingdoms, but Arab sources tended to name all the crusaders as Franks (Franj), as a sort of an umbrella term. You might find your answer in ''The Crusades Through Arab Eyes'' by Amin Maalouf , it's been a long time since I read it so I can't recall whether he mentioned the names of specific states.
