i have a few pictures of my grandfather (he passed away before I was born) from his time in the military. My mom insists it was in the US Army, and that he served in the Korean War, however the details she gives me are sparse, and she's not exactly a subject matter expert on the topic...

Anyways, any help like unit he served with, if he was in fact in the US Army or a different service altogether would be much appreciated!
