I bought this lighter from a War auction last year and was just wondering what the origin of this lighter is.
It's a blue shield lighter, which is a Japanese knock off of a Zippo. The skull is the Totenkopf, or Death skull that was the symbol of the Nazi SS. http://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Totenkopf
