Like, a book that is nice for a newcomer. I don't want the book to be dumb, but i don't want it to expect me to be a scholar ;) An introduction perhaps.
With that said, i want it to contain as much of the history of the romans as possible
I know Wikipedia is good, but i want it in book form.

If you want a good introductory survey, the best choice is Boatwright et al Rome: From Village to Empire. It is the standard textbook used in 101 classes.

Michael Grant's "History of Rome" is an excellent starting point for an introduction to the whole of Roman history.
Can you narrow down the time period? Roman history is fantastically complex. I'd recommend picking a particular war, person, or event to focus on. One book I finished reading not too long ago is Rubicon, by Tom Holland. It primarily focuses on the collapse of the Republic, but it covers events from before the Republic to Augustus. I've also heard good things about adrian goldsworthy.
