They, much like the Bosnians living in Bosnia and Herzegovina, were very heavily persecuted, driven from their homes, and killed. Considering Milosevic's goals included an ethnically pure Serbian state, this could be seen as inevitable. Massacres like Srebrenica are a good illustration of Milosevic's sentiments towards the Bosniaks, both in Bosnia and in Serbia proper.
