I believe that would be one of those statements that leads to unlimited conclusions, as someone else could arise or someone else doesn't rise..... But the Holocaust was the result of believing the Jews as inferior and using them as a resource (slave labor, materials, wealth) Hitler in a long term goal wanted to turn 1930-40's Germany into a new Roman Empire, Also World Wars aren't just something they're inevitable, World War III will eventually happen, as World War II eventually happened, However WWII was also the result of appeasement in the form of letting Hitler do whatever he wanted. post WWI Germany wasn't allowed to keep a large military due to a treaty signed after the war, However Hitler massed a enlistment and the Western powers didn't step in to point out his violation The Treaty of Versailles pretty much stated this : "Germany was not allowed to have submarines or an air force. It could have an army of only 100,000 men and a navy of only 6 ships, and it was not allowed to place any troops in the Rhineland." It also wanted the early 1900's form of 6,600 Million Euros, and Germany was banned from joining the League of Nations the precursor to the UN. All of this lead up to a Economically Broken country in which a Charismatic man rose to power and decided he would turn the world to war. Without Hitler it may have been many year until a second world war, But the Jewish hate would have not been as severe, although many still hated Jew because they lived different and still retained much of their wealth, where as the German inflation was ridiculously high, and many where so poor blame was shifted on them and the nation rebuilt from their stolen wealth.
