If this hierarchical definition of society (problematic in itself) is your definition of 'medieval society', then this medieval society lasted well beyond the Middle Ages. There was nowhere, within my knowledge of medieval Europe, where the monarchies or aristocracies had been 'overthrown' by the peasantry.

If you want to continue believing that medieval society was 'overturned' rather than changing and transforming, then I can't help you. It's simply not true within our current accepted periodisation of history and you'd have to stretch the Middle Ages into the seventeenth- and eighteenth-centuries (Early Modern) which is well beyond my expertise and actually stretches into the beginning of the Modern period.
