Were there any Roman Emperors who had genuinely loving relationships with their wives?

Severus Alexander was said to be deeply in love with his first wife Sallustia Orbiana.

Though later on Julia Mamaea, Alexander's mother, grew jealous of Orbiana as she took all of the attention of the young Emperor and the title of Augusta. The jealousy pushed Mamaea to harass Orbiana until the later had to find refuge with her father. After some drama, and Severus Alexander's mind being poisoned by his mother, Orbiana and her father were exiled and Alexander remarried.

Not the best love story out there, but that's the first one to cross my mind as I was reading about it just a few days ago.

I vaguely remember another Emperor being madly in-love with his wife and getting mocked by it. But I can't recall the names.

In any case, there sure were genuine love relationships between the Emperors and their wives, but those always came as a secondary bonus to the political value of the marriage. I don't think any marriage of this sort actually started due to a love connection, but love was a surprise aftermath.
