Did the United States' Monroe Doctrine (1823) have any significant impact on the World Stage?

In a way, yes. With the revolutions in the New World. The Monroe Doctrine basically closed Europe from messing with the new countries in the Americas. Plus it was very ballsy for the Young United States (Only around 40-47 years old) To tell the much older countries of Europe to leave the Americas alone
