So I came across a picture of my great great grandpa with his military unit and I'd really like to know what country he fought for and what branch he was involved with if possible. I know he grew up in Hungary and Romania for most of his childhood, but not much else.

It would appear to be the Divisionsartillerieregiment Nr. 20 of the Austro-Hungarian artillery.
Edit:
Divisionsartillerieregiment Nr. 20 appears to have existed in that name between 1894 and 1908.
This site has it as becoming part of 20th Field Cannon Regiment / Feldkanonenregiment Nr. 20 in 1908 (disbanded 1918).
If the site is correct it's a successor to Batterie-Division Nr. 14 (in 1894) and before that Feldartillerieregiment No. 13 (in 1885, apparently founded 1872, presumably anew).
