Your definition is wide enough that I'm fairly certain the Dickson Experimental Sound Film would qualify. This is a rather famous film, featuring the first known example of live-recorded sound synchronized to picture, created in either 1894 or 1895.

I would assume silent film accompanied by live musical performance/phonograph playback wouldn't count based on your desire for it to be able to be viewed today?
