As the title says, how would a Japanese-American, citizen or otherwise, have been treated during internment? Would they have been sent to a camp if they lived on the West Coast? I would imagine there were not many couples in such a marriage, as if I recall both Oregon and California banned it, but perhaps there might have been some in Washington? Or who had moved from Hawaii or elsewhere?
It might be beneficial to expand this to Canadians as well, as they had similar internment.
